Bluebird Self Storage in Timberlea is a new commercial build along St. Margarets Bay Road, developed in partnership with StoreWest Developments and Bluebird Self Storage, and constructed by Lindsay Construction.
We were brought in to document the completed facility, capturing a full set of commercial images across exterior, interior, and aerial perspectives. The goal was simple, create a clean, consistent visual library that reflects the scale, layout, and finish of the project for marketing, leasing, and long term use.
The building itself is a tilt up concrete structure, designed for durability and efficiency, with a modern exterior and highly organized interior layout. From wide establishing drone shots to structured interior corridors and environmental images with staff in motion, the coverage shows how the space functions in real use, not just how it looks.
Projects like this are about clarity and consistency. Clean lines, accurate colour, strong composition, and images that can be used across websites, proposals, and internal materials without needing to be reworked.
This facility adds to the continued growth of Timberlea’s commercial landscape and reflects the kind of large scale, well executed construction Lindsay Construction is known for across Atlantic Canada.
