Dalhousie Arts Centre

The Expansion to the Dalhousie University Arts Centre involved the renovation of the existing space, as well as the construction of a new building. The new building will be a three-storey above grade concrete and steel structure. It provides students and patrons with a 300-seat-concert hall, two rehearsal rooms, ten practice/teaching studios and a new home for the Costume Studies program—fit with innovative studios, fitting rooms and laundry facilities. This project, managed by EllisDon Atlantic, is a joint initiative between the Fountain School of Performing Arts, The Dalhousie Art Gallery and the Rebecca Cohn Auditorium.
