Maple Leaf Homes is a leading manufacturer of energy-efficient homes, serving Atlantic Canada, Quebec, Ontario, and the northeastern United States. This project focused on documenting both the people behind the company and the production process that defines their work.
Over several days on site, we built a complete image set, combining clean, consistent team headshots with documentary coverage of the manufacturing floor. The goal was to create work that reflects the scale, precision, and craftsmanship of their operation, while staying usable across marketing, recruitment, and internal communications.
Shoots like this require a controlled, flexible approach. Headshots need to be consistent and efficient. Production coverage needs to adapt in real time, without disrupting workflow. The final set needs to feel cohesive, even though it’s built across different environments and conditions.
